Jim Shepard
Chief Financial Officer

Chief Operating and Financial Officer is an alumnus of Cal Poly University, Pomona in Finance and History and is a general contractor with 33 years experience building construction projects. Licensed as both a B-1 general contractor and as a C-8 Concrete contractor, he is particularly able to direct commercial projects that employ ground based, carport, and pole mount systems for module support.

Kwasi Lee
Account Executive

Kwasi Lee joined Cal Paso Solar Electric in August '09 and has been key in orchestrating growth by building critical relationships with customers and vendors.

Kwasi is a Boots on the Roof Alumni, where he completed 40 college credit hours, focused on design and installation of Photovoltaic sysems. Before joining Cal Paso Solar Electric, Kwasi worked for Golf LifeStyles, Inc. and Genesco, Inc. Kwasi was a consistent top producer, regularly cited by owners for superior work ethic, relationship building skills and ability to lead through motivation.

Jay Shepard

Jay Shepard, associate sales technician and alumnus of Cuesta College, has been involved in Construction since 2002 and in the solar field since 2008. He has attended numerous classes in solar design and installation and is adept at designing and supervising the installation of residential solar power systems.
